Bundle hotfix for Safe Work 2

Fixed a bug where Form fields selection where not cleared after pressing the button "Clear" in the Permit details page.
Improved selection of children object, by clicking parent selection in selection with navigation (for example in functional location selection).
Fixed a bug where, clicking on backdrop of setup steps warning was equivalent to accept.
Corrected some missing translations in time forms, report, and analysis.
Now in the reports, "Active", "Approved", "Secured", and "Removed are hidden if "Details" is toggled off.
In LOTO details report, if plan line is toggled off, the step is also toggled off.
Improved ripple effect and hovering effect for some elements.
Improved sorting when header of a table is clicked.
Corrected the naming of "State" where "Stage" or "Status" was used.
Improved warning for error in change of LOTO step.
