Added the use of default request type when creating a new request.
Added the use of default work order type when creating a new work order, if the work order is created from a request, we also consider the default work order type for that request type.
Added the use of default service levels for both new requests and new work orders. This is handled by leaving the field blank, in which case D365 will fill it in.
