The permits module of the safe work application allows the user to search for permits by their form ID and their ID of the form template they are based on.
It is also possible to manage saved searches, which can be distributed to other users or groups of users within D365 by going to Dynaway mobile > Inquiries > Saved search lists and filtering on the area PERMIT
