Interval type "Repeated on aggregated value" is not working with discarded calendar lines
Fixed a bug for the maintenance sequence interval type 'Repeat on aggregate value' for lines of the type counter which creates new object calendar lines, ignoring whether there are any discarded object calendar lines.
