Enterprise Asset Management - Added Possibility to Modify through Extensions Forecast Records

Developers can now modify hour, item, expense and fee forecast records through extensions, which are created when inserting work order lines. Each method from "MROWorkOrderLineCreateProject" class, which creates forecast record (e.g. "createForecastEmpl") has related method (e.g. "createForecastEmplModify"), which can be used for changing required values from the code in forecast record.
