Mobile - Removed "InventItemLocation" Entity
The "InventItemLocation" mobile entity has been removed because it was a cause of performance issue in the mobile synchronization process when there was a lot of inventory data related to default issue locations. Currently, information about default issue locations is sent through mobile handlers related to on-hand inventory.
