Entity initialization - Update handlers and entities

Mobile - Entity Initialization - Update Handlers and Entities

The setup for mobile handlers and mobile entities are now updated when running entity initialization. This makes it easier to update or install the mobile client. There is no need to also open the list of entities or handlers to make sure that they are up to date.
