Mobile - Forecast Unit Conversion Error
Users may get an error if there is no unit conversion set up for an item between the sales unit ID and inventory unit ID. The error can occur when mobile entities are created for work order item forecasts. We recommend to set up the required conversion if the error is shown. However, we have improved the entity and now use the invent quantity field from the forecast if filled out, meaning we avoid an unnecessary unit conversion.
