Work order cannot be created from mobile client because related asset's lifecycle state is not active

Mobile - Fixed Validation whether Asset is Active when Creating Work Order

A bug has been fixed related to the validation of whether an asset is active when creating a work order from the mobile client. The behavior of the mobile client has been aligned with Finance & Operations, meaning that when a new work order is created then there is a check whether the asset has the "Active" field checked. When the new work order maintenance job is added to the existing work order, then there is a check whether the asset's lifecycle state has the "Active" field checked.
