Use functional location of employee to limit the data displayed for the employee

Added the option to limit the data provided to the employee by the functional locations of the employee as setup in D365. {panel:title=IMPORTANT} This replaces the old functionality of using the primary functional location of the employee to limit the data available for the employee, i.e. now all functional locations defined for the employee help in defining what data is available. {panel}
