We have introduced a new feature that allows users to add timestamps and user information to notes on jobs/lines. This improvement, driven by customer feedback, includes a button for adding new notes complete with date, time, username and worker ID ensuring clearer communication and tracking on work order jobs/lines.
This feature is off by default and can be enabled here: Work Execution > Work Orders > Job Notes Timestamp OR Work execution > Work orders > Maintenance job Note Timestamp
