Left menu does not remain open if you are on the settings/errors page

Previously, these pages lacked a side menu on desktop view and a bottom menu on mobile view. This resulted in an inconsistent navigation experience. To fix this, we:

• Added the side menu to the Settings and Error Messages pages (desktop view).
• Added the bottom menu to the Settings, Error Messages, and Offline Inventory pages (mobile view).

These improvements ensure seamless access to menu options across all pages and views, promoting a more intuitive user experience.
