Handle issues when no AM/EAM worker is available

We've enhanced the mobile client to handle scenarios when no Asset Management/Enterprise Asset Management (AM/EAM) worker is associated with the current user. This update ensures that the "schedule to" option excludes the "Me" option when creating or scheduling work orders, and the "Work scheduled to me" list shows no results. Additionally, registering items or checklist lines, and filtering requests by "Me" are disabled in these cases, streamlining the user experience and maintaining operational integrity.
