When min/max values are not set on a checklist measurement line, the Mobile client should follow D365 behavior and not cause line failure for values above/below 0.

Fixed an issue where measurement checklist lines with their min./max. set to 0 would cause the checklist line to fail if the measurement value was different than 0.

This means that now a min. and max. of 0 means that any measurement will set the checklist line as passed.
