Fixed an issue where the items tab on the job/line details page was not available if item registrations (Work execution > Work orders > Registrations > Item registrations) were turned off, even if item forecast modification (Work execution > Work orders > Item forecast modification) was enabled.
If item forecast modification is enabled, the user can now go to the page and work with the forecasts.
