We have disabled the prefetch of lists for maintenance requests and work orders to improve the performance of synchronization.
Work orders scheduled to the worker will still be automatically downloaded to the client so they are available for the worker. This is now done as part of the standard synchronization and not a subsequent synchronization with the result that the user now has a shorter period of time after logging in for the first time, where they cannot see work order details.
With a parameter on Setup > Mobile parameters > General > Work order and setting Personate responsible worker the same can be achieved for workers set as the responsible worker on a work order.
