Fixed an issue where scheduling or rescheduling a work order job/line would use the expected start and end of the work order to set the scheduled start and end of the job/line.
The scheduled start will now be set as the time when the job/line is scheduled with a duration calculated based on the available hour forecasts on the job/line.
