Aligned how the planning note dialog looks between the Dynaway mobile work execution application and the planning board.
Categories are ordered alphabetically on the category ID in ascending order.
We now show the category ID and default duration and also the description if it exists.
Furthermore, if the default duration set on a planning note category is 0h, the duration will change to 0h when that category is selected. This is different from earlier where it would set the duration to 1h.
