Move date field and call it Expected Dates

• The input fields in the "Create work order" dialog box have been rearranged for improved clarity and usability.
• The service level/priority field has been moved next to the start and end dates, as changes to this may affect the date range.
• The start and end dates have been renamed to "Expected start" and "Expected end" to provide clearer context.
