Aligned how the planning note dialog looks between the Dynaway mobile work execution application and the planning board.
Reordered the input fields.
Categories are ordered alphabetically in ascending order.
Show the category Id and default duration and also the description if it exists, the latter is shown in the tooltip of the category.
Furthermore, if the default duration set on a planning note category is 0h, the duration will change to 0h when that category is selected. This is different from earlier where it would set the duration to 1h.
