Dimensions in Dynaway EAM for Dynamics 365 Business Central allow organizations to categorize, analyze, and report on maintenance activities, assets, and costs. Proper setup of dimensions ensures accurate financial tracking and supports advanced reporting and analytics.
Dimensions are user-defined attributes, such as Department, Location, Project, or Asset Category, that can be assigned to transactions and records. In EAM, dimensions help you filter, group, and analyze maintenance data for better decision-making.
