A new button added to all setup pages with no. series (Asset Management Setup, Forms Setup, Maintenance Requests Setup, and Safe Work Setup).

Button Default No. Series added to Actions area on these pages.

By selecting this button and confirming the process the user can create and set up default no. series to the needed fields in the current setup.

Example from the Asset Management Setup:

In case when the default no. series exist in the system, but they are not used in the setup - new no. series will not be created but they will be used as number series in relevant setup.

Measurement Categories have been added.

The category can be assigned to the measurement. It is not possible to change the UoM of the measurement if the category is assigned. Also, it is not possible to change the category to a different one if reading exists and the category has a different unit of measure.

It is not possible to remove the category assigned to the measurement which has at least one reading.

The category of the measurement is shown on the Asset Measurement page.

The user can specify if the counter frequency on the Work Order Plan should be calculated from fixed, or actual value.

From given example:

  • choosing a Fixed option, when the Work Order is done, and the user will choose the counter reading on WO - the next triggered value for this WOP will be 300 + 100 so 400
  • choosing an Actual option, when the Work Order is done, and the user will chose the counter reading on WO - the next triggered value for this WOP will be registered/chosen reading + 100 ** choosing/registering the counter reading 315 the next planned counter reading will be 415

Any existing counter frequencies before this new approach are treated as Actual.

The user scheduling the counter type frequency on Work Order Plan has a possibility to specify Offset for the WOP.

In given example. The WOP will be triggered when the reading value reaches at least 10% of the value given in the Usage between work orders field - When the reading will reach at least 390.

Units work the similar way.

In given example reading value (at least) 390 will trigger the WOP.
