View Contractor Management Overview

From the Contractors overview page, you can open related purchase orders and work orders. You can set up contractors to be automatically assigned to a work order when creating a work order, and view contractor information on objects.

This article is intended to help you get started with contractor management by setting up contractors and automatically assigning work orders to contractors.

On the Contractor page, (Enterprise asset management > Common > Contractors > Contractors) you can view the following key details:

• Is the contractor on hold?
• Number of contact persons.
• Number of open purchase orders.
• Number of related work orders.
