Import and Process Data Automatically

After completing the setup, you are ready to start importing and processing data automatically.

  1. Go to Enterprise asset management > Periodic > Data import > Import messages where you'll see a dialog from which you can import and process data, and set up a batch job.
  2. In the Parameters tab, toggle the 'Process data' tab if you want to automatically process the data you are importing. Otherwise you will only import data.
  3. In the Records to include tab, the message type you have identified in the setup is valid. You can also go to 'Filter' to include multiple message types, if needed.
  4. Set up as batch job if you want the system to automatically look for new data to import and process.
  5. Click OK to start importing and processing.
