Maintenance data import (MDI) allows you to process data generated from third-party providers. Using Azure File Storage, you can import counter-related data (used on objects) automatically to easily import and process counter data at the same time.
You have completed the setup for MDI.
After completing the setup, you are ready to start importing and processing data automatically.
If you have imported data without processing it, you can process it by going to Enterprise asset management > Periodic > Data import > Process imported data where you'll see a dialog from which you can process data.
To view log messages about import and processing of data, go to Enterprise asset management > Inquires > Data Import where you'll see the following a form described in the table below. From here, you can also import files manually and process files manually. Refer to the screenshot below to see the form.

Download file | This button downloads the selected file. If the record is in 'Import error' status, then the file is downloaded from 'Read' folder, otherwise from 'Archive' folder. | |

Update message status | This button allows to change the status of a single record when the record is not in 'Ready' or 'Processed' status. | |
Show infolog | Shows recently generated group of logs for the selected record. | |
View staging data | Shows imported values. The form is view only. | |
Status |
Indicates the current status of the given message. The message can be found in one of the following states:

From the 'Message filter' on the left, you can filter what type of data you want to see such as only viewing 'processed' or 'All' etc. Refer to the screenshot below.
