Maintenance Worker Overview
View an overview of all maintenance workers and the access set ups for each worker
Introduction
The Worker Overview form provides a comprehensive view of your setup for maintenance workers. This form consolidates details on employees designated as maintenance workers or mobile users, as well as associated resources and user accounts.
Maintenance Worker Overview
To view the Worker overview page:
- Go to Asset management > Inquiries > Maintenance insights > Worker overview.
- On the Worker overview page (see screenshot 01) you can view:
- Complete list of all employees who are set up as maintenance workers or mobile users.
- List of employees listed who are set as users.
- List of employees who are listed as resources.
- Details of resources associated with a given worker.
- To view further details of the employee select the employee and on the Worker column click on the worker name hyperlink.
