Maintenance Worker Overview
View an overview of all maintenance workers and the access set ups for each worker
Introduction
The Worker Overview form provides a comprehensive view of your setup for maintenance workers. This form consolidates details on employees designated as maintenance workers or mobile users, as well as associated resources and user accounts.
Maintenance Worker Overview
To view the Worker overview page:
- Go to Enterprise asset management > Inquiries > Maintenance insights > Worker overview.
- On the Worker overview page (see screenshot 01) you can view complete list of all employees who are set up as maintenance workers or mobile users. For each listed employee you can check there whether this employee is set up as system user, what resource is assigned to this employee, what startup company and production calendar are assigned to him/her etc. All this information helps you to manage maintenance workers and mobile users in more easy way
- To view further details of the employee select the employee and on the Worker column click on the worker name hyperlink.
