View and download reports of LOTO lists and LOTO details

LOTO List Report

As a Safe work user, you can generate and download reports of LOTO lists. The parameters displayed in the report can be customized based on the business requirement.

Setup

To access the LOTO list report page, ensure the following:

You must have the required permission to access LOTO in the Safe work module. To do this, go to Dynway mobile > Setup > Module configuration > Safe work > LOTO > Enabled, and set the value to 'true'.

Viewing the LOTO list report

To view the LOTO list report:

Log in to Safe work app and go to Lockout tagout.
On the Lockout tagout overview page, (see screenshot 01) you can see all the lists that are available for your login. Select the list for which you would like to generate the PDF report.
On the LOTOs listing page click on the Context menu (three dots at the top right of the page), and select Report (see screenshot 02).
The app will display the Report for lockout tagout list page. To customize the report as per your business needs, click on Options report (see screenshot 03).
Use the Options report to customize the report as required. The following report customizations are available:
- Default PDF settings:
  - Orientation: Portrait page.
  - Paper size: A4.
- Other PDF customization options
  - General settings
    - Show preview: Displays a preview of how the PDF will be printed. Note that small devices may not be able to display the full preview.
    - Orientation: Choose the PDF orientation (portrait or landscape).
    - Paper size: Select from A3, A4, A5, or US letter when generating the PDF.
  - Report content customization - Users can toggle the inclusion of specific report elements:
    - Company: Enable to include company details.
    - Address: Enable to include company address.
    - Image: Enable to include company logo.
  - Lockout tagout list customization
    - List: Enable to include list information in the report.
    - Results: Enable to include the number of elements found.
    - Name: Enable to include the name of the list.
    - Filters: Enable to include the filters used in the search.
    - Sorting: Enable to include the applied sorting.
  - LOTO details view customization
    - Table: Enable to display the LOTO list details in a table format in the report.
    - Use card view: Enable to display the list of elements as cards; otherwise, it will be shown as a table.
    - State: Enable to include the lifecycle state column in the table.
    - Details: Enable to include the details column in the table.
    - Validity period: Enable to include the validity period column in the table.
    - Assignee: Enable to include the assignee name column in the table.
    - Functional location: Enable to include the functional location column in the table.
After customizing the report, click Download PDF (see screenshot 04).
The report will be downloaded to the device's default location (see screenshot 05 to view a copy of the downloaded report).

LOTO Details Report

As a Safe work user you can generate detailed reports of lockout tagout using the LOTO details report.

Setup

To access the LOTO details report page, ensure the following:

You must have the required permission to access LOTO in the Safe work module. To do this, go to Dynway mobile > Setup > Module configuration > Safe work > LOTO > Enabled, and set the value to 'true'.

View and download the LOTO details report

To view the LOTO details report,

Log in to Safe work app, and go to Lockout tagout.
On the Lockout tagout overview page, you can see all the lists that are available for your login. Select the relevant list, navigate to the LOTO for which you would like to see the details, and click on the LOTO.
On the Lockout tagout details page, click on the Context menu (three dots at the top right of the page), and select Report (see screenshot 01).
The app will display the Report for lockout tagout page. To customize the report as per your business needs, click Options report (see screenshot 02).
Use Options report to customize the report as required. The following report customization options are available:

  - Plan line details customization
    - Plan line: Enable to include plan lines.
    - Use card view: Enable to display the list of plan lines as cards; otherwise, it will be shown as a table.
    - Secured: Enable to view the number of planline secured steps completed.
    - Removed: Enable to view the number of planline removal steps completed.
    - Identifier: Enable to view the identifier.
    - Functional location: Enable to view the functional location.
  - Planline steps details customization
    - Steps: Enable to include setup and removal steps.
    - Show in plan line: Enable to display steps inside the relevant plan line (note: printing to PDF may cause page breaks within steps).
    - Checked by: Enable to include the Checked by column in the table.
    - Lock number: Enable to include the Lock number column in the table.
    - Tool type: Enable to include the Tool type column in the table.
  - LOTO references customization
    - References: Enable to include references.
    - Use card view: Enable to display the list of references as cards; otherwise, it will be shown as a table.
    - State: Enable to include the lifecycle state of references column in the table.
After customizing the report options, click Download PDF (see screenshot 03).
The report will be downloaded to the device's default location (see screenshot 04 to view a copy of the downloaded report).
