Introduction to Incidents

Introduction

With the Incidents module, you can create, organize, and overview all reported incidents.

As a user of the Incidents module, you can:

• Create and view incident
• View incident details
• Update incident lifecycle state
• Create and view incidents from the Work Execution app
• Create incidents lists
• Search for existing incidents

Note: Some of the functions mentioned above require certain module configurations. Keep on reading the sections below to get more information on how to work with the different functions.
