Setup

Pre-requisites

  • Work execution and Safe work license
    • Ensure that you have the license enabled for Work execution app and the Safe work app.
  • Enable access to Safework
    • To grant access to the Safe work application, navigate to Dynaway mobile > Setup > Module configuration, select Safe work > Enabled, add the user or user group, and set the parameter value to 'true'.
  • Enable access to LOTO module
    • To grant access to the Safe work application, navigate to Dynaway mobile > Setup > Module configuration, select Safe work > LOTO > Enabled, add the user or user group, and set the parameter value to 'true'.
  • Enable access to Permits module
    • ​​​​​​​To grant access to the Safe work application, navigate to Dynaway mobile > Setup > Module configuration, select Safe work > Permits > Enabled, add the user or user group, and set the parameter value to 'true'.
  • Enable access to Incidents module
    • ​​​​​​​To grant access to the Safe work application, navigate to Dynaway mobile > Setup > Module configuration, select Safe work > Incidents > Enabled, add the user or user group, and set the parameter value to 'true'.

Accessing the Safe work modules (LOTO, Permits, Incidents)

  • To navigate directly to the Safe work modules from the Work execution application, enable the access for Work execution app.
  • To do this, navigate to Dynaway mobile > Setup > Module configuration, select Application locations > Work execution mobile application, add the user or user group, and set the parameter value to 'true'.
    • Open the Work execution app, and click on Lockout Tagout to navigate to the LOTO module.
    • Open the Work execution app, and click on Permits to navigate to the Permits module.
    • Open the Work execution app, and click on Incidents to navigate to Incidents module.
