Asset Overview Page – Consolidated View of Related Records
A new Asset Overview page has been added that displays all assets with their related record counts in a single view.
Consolidated Asset Information Display The Asset Overview shows all assets in a list format where each row represents an asset and columns display counts of related records:
- Maintenance Logs
- Work Order Plans
- Work Order Groups
- Work Orders
- Round Plans
- Round Orders
- Downtimes
- Defects
- Maintenance Requests
Advanced Date Filtering System Four date filters are available to control time period, that is taken to calculate number of every related record:
- Date Filter: Current period activities
- Date Filter 2: Overdue Work Orders and Round Orders
- Date Filter 3: Next period Work Orders and Round Orders
- Date Filter 4: Downtime events
