Add downtimes cue on Manager and Technician RC
On the Asset Manager and Asset Technician role centers, cues for Asset Downtimes were added. They provide information about Open Asset Downtimes and Closed Asset Downtimes. Cues, by default, are hidden on the Asset Technician role center.
