Search for functionalLocationId without hierarchy when performing a keyword search

The functional location is now used to filter on saved searches.

• Request: Searching for functional location ID
• Object: Searching for functional location ID and functional location name
• Work order lines: Searching for functional location ID and functional location name

{panel:title=NOTE} When searching in a saved search where functional locations have already been specified, searching for a functional location in the hierarchy of a selected functional location may yield no results, as the query will be requiring the functional location to have two different IDs {panel}
