Change from using adaljs to msal-browser to enable authorization code flow which is required from iOS 13.4

The mobile app now supports Authorization Code Flow with Proof Key for Code Exchange (PKCE) - updated from Implicit Code Flow.

The changes required are described in the installation guide for the mobile app.
