Introduction
The Dynaway Asset Management Power App allows you to get and update information about assets from your mobile device. You can also manage your asset transfers and create new ones from the app.
- Prerequisites
Setup is completed.
Dynaway Asset Management gives you the possibility to change your Business Central company from within the app and select your preferred language.
- On the Home screen, select ellipsis (3 vertical dots) next to the name of the company.
- On the Settings screen you can choose your company and language. There always has to be a company selected, by default the default company set up in the Dataverse is selected. You can also select one of the supported languages as your preferred one.

Dynaway Asset Management allows you to manage assets in your organization.
- Select Assets on the Home screen,
- Assets list appears with active assets in your company, you can search for one of the assets, scan a QR code of the asset to select it, or just click on it,
- On the Asset screen you will find basic information about the asset, you can also change the status code and condition code of the asset.
- On the Asset screen, select the Location icon to go to the screen with location information. On this screen, you will see the location of the asset on the map and you will be able to update it with your current location by selecting the Sync icon next to the GPS Coordinates.

Dynaway Asset Management allows managing asset transfers. You can get an overview of the transfer, ship it, receive it, or even create a new one.
- On the Home screen select Asset Transfers, you will be taken to the transfers list,
- On the asset transfer list you will see all currently released or shipped asset transfers. You can search for a specific transfer or select one from the list.
- On the Asset Transfer card you will see detailed information about the transfer. On this screen, you can also Ship and Receive asset transfers, and Print asset transfers if you have your printer set up in Business Central.

Using Dynaway Asset Management you can create an asset transfer from your mobile device.
- Select Asset Transfers on the Home screen.
- Select the Plus icon on the asset transfer list to create a new asset transfer.
- On the Create Asset Transfer screen, select Transfer-from Code, Transfer-to Code, and In-Transit Code (if Asset Transfer Route is specified for Transfer-from and Transfer-to codes, the In-Transit Code will be filled in automatically). Then you will be able to select the Add Assets button and add assets to transfer.
- A new screen with a list of the assets on the selected location will appear. You can add assets from this list. If an asset has children, they will be added to the transfer automatically. When you've selected all assets for this transfer, select Confirm selection to go back to the asset transfer creation screen.
- After selecting assets, specify Planned Shipment and Planned Receipt Dates and provide any Notes about the transfer, if necessary.
- When you're ready, select the Create Asset Transfer button.The Asset Transfer will be created and opened afterward.
