Count fixed assets in your company

Introduction

The Fixed Asset Counting Power App allows you to count fixed assets in your company from your mobile device.

Fixed Asset Counting gives you the possibility to change your Business Central company from within the app and select your preferred language.

On the Home screen or any screen that has a footer, select the cogwheel icon.
On the Settings screen you can choose your company, and language. A company always has to be selected. By default, the default company set up in the Dataverse is selected. You can also select one of the supported languages as your preferred one.

You can easily count fixed assets in your company.

On the Home screen select Count Fixed Assets.
A screen with list of all Fixed Asset Locations in your company will be opened. Select the one you want to conduct the counting for. On this screen you can search for locations and sort them by Location Code instead of Location Name.
On the Fixed Asset Location screen you can simply mark which asset are in the location and which are missing. You will see the person responsible for the asset and can call or mail them directly from the app, just by selecting the respective icon next to their name.
If in the location is asset that's not on the list, you can always add it by selecting green plus button. It will take to the list of Fixed Assets, where you can select the asset that should be added to the location. You will be asked to confirm your choice of the asset.
Added fixed asset will automatically marked as present in the location.
When you've completed counting, just select the Save & Exit button. If you want to save your progress during counting without going back to the list of Fixed Asset Locations, the select Save and your data will be saved directly to your Business Central company.
