Work Order with Counter Frequency can be created before target Counter Value
The user scheduling the counter type frequency on Work Order Plan has a possibility to specify Offset for the WOP.
In given example. The WOP will be triggered when the reading value reaches at least 10% of the value given in the Usage between work orders field - When the reading will reach at least 390.
Units work the similar way.
In given example reading value (at least) 390 will trigger the WOP.
