Sign a measurement checklist
Introduction
You can use Electronic signature on maintenance checklists when you are working with counter values.
- Prerequisites
You have completed the setup for Electronic signature.
You have a Dynaway Electronic Signature license from Dynaway.
Signing on a Measurement Checklist Line
When you want to sign a measurement checklist, go to the work order with the measurement checklist type.
- From the work order, go to Lines > Maintenance checklist.
- On the Measurement type line, enter counter value.
- Click 'Save' to save your changes. This opens the 'Sign document' dialog.
- Select Reason Code, enter Comment and Click 'OK'.
- Enter Password and click 'OK'.
- The measurement checklist line is now signed and marked as 'Checked'.
