Use Assisted Setup for quick and easy setup in Dynaway Safe Work

Introduction

Assisted Setup enables you to easily perform data migration and quickly complete setup tasks related to Safe Work.

Prerequisites

You have purchased the required licenses for Dynaway Safe Work.

Migrate Safe Work Data

Refer to the section User Setup for information about user setup and the permission sets required for working with the Safe Work module.

Use the Safe Work Data Migration wizard to easily migrate Safe Work data from your previous ERP system to Dynaway Safe Work. The migration data wizard allows you to migrate:

Lockout Point data:

  • No.
  • Description
  • State

Risk Assessment data:

  • No.
  • Description
  • Next Revision Date
  • Status

Risk Assessment Hazards data:

  • No.
  • Line No.
  • Code
  • Description
  • Category
  • Outcome
  • Impact
  • Probability
  • Frequency

Risk Assessment Precautions data:

  • No.
  • Hazard Line No.
  • Line No.
  • Code
  • Description
  • Exists
  • Action By
  • Action Date
  • Action Done By
  • Action Done Date

Learn more in this video: Migrate Safe Work Data, or follow these steps:

  1. On your role center, open the Safe Work Data Migration wizard by selecting the Settings button at the top of the screen > Assisted Setup, or search for and select Assisted Setup.
  2. In the Assisted Setup list > Get started with Dynaway Safe Work section, select Migrate safe work data and go through the wizard.
  3. Download the Excel template and add your data.
  4. Upload the file and migrate the data.

Safe Work Wizard

The Safe Work guide helps you to quickly set up base data related to the following Safe Work modules:

  • Tagout
  • Lockout
  • Permits

On your role center, search for and select Assisted Setup.

  1. In the Assisted Setup list, go to Get started with Dynaway Safe Work.
  2. Select Set up safe work module.
  3. Go through the Safe Work Setup guide as shown in this video: Assisted Setup - Get Started

Risk Assessment Wizard

The Risk Assessment Setup guide helps you to quickly set up base data related to the Risk Assessment module in Safe Work.

  1. On your role center, search for and select Assisted Setup.
  2. In the Assisted Setup list, go to Get started with Dynaway Safe Work.
  3. Select Set up risk assessment.
  4. Go through the Risk Assessment Setup guide as shown in this video: Safe Work - Risk Assessment
