Request for approval of a Risk Assessment can be submitted in two ways:
If you want to cancel a request for approval on Risk Assessment, open the Risk Assessment card and select Actions > Request Approval > Cancel Approval Request in the ribbon.

The employees assigned to review or approve Risk Assessments find pending approvals in the Requests to Approve list. In this list, you can approve or reject or delegate Risk Assessments. If you delegate, it means you pass on the task of approving a Risk Assessment to another employee.

Search for and select Requests to Approve.
Select a Risk Assessment in the list.
Select Approve in the ribbon.
The user can approve a Risk Assessment.
Search for and select Requests to Approve.
Select a Risk Assessment record in the list.
Select Open Record in the ribbon.
The user can open a Risk Assessment and inspect it before approval.
Search for and select Requests to Approve.
Select a Risk Assessment record in the list.
Select Reject in the ribbon.
The user can reject a Risk Assessment.
Search for and select Requests to Approve.
Select a Risk Assessment record in the list.
Select Delegate in the ribbon.
The user can delegate Risk Assessment approval to another employee.
When an approval process is active, but not yet completed on a Risk Assessment, you can get an overview of approval status in the Approval Entries list.
The Approval Entries list is part of standard D365BC functionality.
If you want to see a list of all approvals in the Safe Work module, which are not yet completed, search for Approval Entries on your role center, and select the Approval Entries list.
