Submit Request for Approval

Request for approval of a Risk Assessment can be submitted in two ways:

  • If Default approval setup is used, request for approval is automatically submitted when you release a Risk Assessment. Refer to the article Create a Risk Assessment for an overview of the states that a Risk Assessment can go through, and the options available regarding Release on a Risk Assessment.
  • If you have created an approval setup on a Risk Assessment, open the Risk Assessment card and select Actions > Request Approval > Send Approval Request in the ribbon.

If you want to cancel a request for approval on Risk Assessment, open the Risk Assessment card and select Actions > Request Approval > Cancel Approval Request in the ribbon.
